We’re a couple new in NYC. After looking at some god-awful studios, we weren’t expecting such a great surprise from Destination. Lawrence was amazing. This guy cares. We first looked at a very nice studio but he then said, “I got something better.” He then showed us a small apartment that was more suited to our needs and we loved it. The fact that he could match a space he saw us in, a top notch apt in a nice neighborhood at a great price, right then and there, is invaluable. Trust me, if you’re moving to NYC, this is the kind of welcome you want.

I had a great experience working with Destination Real Estate. The admin team was so helpful, quick to respond, and made the process of finding a studio apartment much smoother. Every question I had was answered quickly and with a friendly attitude. Nothing was ever stalled on their end, in fact they did all they could to make the process as quick and easy as possible. The on-site process was equally positive. The on-site representative, Lawrence helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and he helped move things along quickly. Ultimately I’m grateful for all of Destination Real Estate’s help and effort.

Toured a bunch of apartments today and Lawrence went above any beyond. I had one scheduled showing and he took an extra hour showing me more apartments that fit my requirements. 10/10 would recommend!

Lawrence worked really hard to get me and my family into the perfect apartment, with perfect landlords, within our incredibly tight timeline. Anyone complaining about the service has very clearly never shopped for an apartment in NYC: they returned calls and texts, they ANSWERED call and texts, and truly went the extra mile for us.

Today my roommate and I went to view an apartment we found on Street Easy. We met with our broker from Destianation Real Estate, Lawrence. Immediately he told us about multiple other locations that fit our needs. Lawrence showed us 6 apartments by the end the day. He remained honest and upfront with us the whole time, answering all questions in both a frank and polite manner. He was great, definitely made our apartment search feel a lot easier!

My partner and I came across this beautiful apartment that almost seemed too good to be true. Upon viewing it, Lawrence worked with us (through the weekend) to make sure we got the apartment as soon as possible. After almost two months of tedious searches for the right apartment on multiple renting platforms we finally found one and it is even better than what we were hoping for. The wait was worth it! However, this wouldn’t be possible without great assistance that we got from Lawerence. He met with us multiple times ( including weekends and late after work hours) to make sure we are comfortable with the new place and like everything.
